This notice explains what personal data the deangelisimmobiliare.it website collects, why we use it, how long we keep it and what rights you have. It is provided under Articles 13 and 14 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian data protection law.

What data we collect
- Data you send us through the contact form: first and last name, email, phone number, the type of request, property preferences (location, type, budget, size) and the text of your message.
- Data you give us directly by phone, email or at the agency.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser, pages visited and times, collected automatically by the systems that run the website and, when active, by Google Analytics statistics.
Why we use it and on what basis
- Answering your requests and giving you the information on properties and services you ask for. The legal basis is taking pre-contractual steps at your request and your consent to be contacted (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR).
- Managing any resulting mandate or relationship arising from the request and meeting legal obligations, for example tax and anti-money-laundering rules (Art. 6(1)(b) and (c)).
- Running the website securely and protecting it from abuse, for example by limiting automated form submissions (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Visit statistics with Google Analytics, to understand how the website is used. They are only active if you accept them in the cookie banner (consent, Art. 6(1)(a)).
We do not use your data to send you newsletters or advertising, and we do not sell it to anyone.
How we handle data and for how long
Requests sent through the form go to the agency’s email inbox. The website does not store them in its own database.
- Information requests: for as long as needed to answer and follow up the request, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact if no relationship arises.
- Data linked to a mandate or contract: for the duration of the relationship and for the periods required by law (usually 10 years for accounting and tax records).
- Technical browsing data: only for as long as strictly needed for website security.
- Google Analytics statistics: no longer than 14 months.
Who it may be shared with
Data is handled by authorised agency staff and by suppliers who help us run the website and services, appointed as data processors:
- the website hosting and technical management provider, with its server located in the United Kingdom;
- Register.it, for email and for sending the website’s emails;
- Google Ireland Ltd, for Google Analytics statistics.
It may also be shared with professionals and parties involved in the transaction (for example notaries, surveyors, banks) only when needed for your request, and with authorities when required by law.
Transfers outside the European Union
The website’s server is located in the United Kingdom, a country for which the European Commission has adopted an adequacy decision. Google may process data in the United States on the basis of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
Your rights
At any time you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, restrict its use, object to processing or receive it in a readable format (Articles 15–22 GDPR). You can withdraw your consent whenever you like, without affecting processing already carried out. To exercise these rights, write to info@deangelisimmobiliare.it.
If you believe the processing is not lawful, you can lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, www.garanteprivacy.it).
Cookies and similar technologies

The Favourites feature only stores property IDs in your browser’s storage (localStorage): it never reaches us, and you can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Without technical cookies some features, such as remembering your language, may not work.
Changes
We may update this notice when the website’s services or the law change. The date at the top shows the latest version. In case of differences between language versions, the Italian version prevails.
